Welcome to the home of the Whitney Point Sportsmen's Association. We hope that you'll find the content of this site informative and interesting. This site is intended as a meeting place for current members and a welcoming window to others. The Whitney Point Sportsmen's Association, Inc was founded in the summer of 1957 at, what was then, The Otselic Hotel in Whitney Point, NY. At first, the meetings were held at a number of local public meeting sites. In ____, 156 Acres of land was purchased in the Towns of Triangle and Barker. Shortly thereafter, A small clubhouse was erected which served the clubs purpose for a short time. The club grew by leaps and bounds and we soon outgrew the old clubhouse. A new clubhouse was built and other improvements took place. A trap Range was added along with Archery and Rifle/Shotgun Range, a BBQ shelter, etc.
